This is a 62-year-old Asian gentleman with severe excess skin of the upper eyelids and lower eyelid bags. He also has impairment of his vision. The restoration of his vision and rejuvenation of the appearance of his eyes were achieved through incision techniques for both the upper eyelid and lower eyelid. The upper eyelid was further improved with creation of a new crease that is more stable than his old crease. Additionally he had fat bags reduced in his lower eyelids.
