This is a young Asian woman who wanted to create symmetry in her eyelid creases by creating a single fold or crease in her right eye. This double eyelid surgery was performed using a suture technique. She appears in this photograph only five days after her initial surgery. Creating symmetry like this in one I alone can be a challenging task but cases like these represent approximately 30% of the Asian eyelid surgery cases I performed.
