Asian eyelid surgery or double eyelid surgery can be performed for asymmetry as well as for non-existent creases. The most subtle changes are possible in the right hands. In this case this young woman simply wanted to remove the hood from her left eye and have her two eyes be more symmetric. Here she is several months after a suture technique (DST) with a very nice lasting result.
