This is a 21-year-old Asian female who would like to create bigger brighter eyes with improved symmetry. It was also important to her that we maintain a low natural crease. This was accomplished with incision technique and the sutures were removed and seven days. This Asian eyelid surgery was performed under local anesthesia. Asian eyelid surgery or double eyelid surgery is an anatomically complex surgery and many patients have anatomy that is different from one side to the next.
