This is a young woman in her 20s who underwent external trams blepharoplasty approach with a levator tendon advancement to repair her myogenic ptosis. She appears here in this photograph approximately one month out from her eyelid surgery. Results vary and I would say that this result healed a bit faster than average and while nothing is perfect this one is very good.
