This young woman came to me wanting to have a chin and jaw line with a little better projection that looked more prominent and stronger but still very feminine. This was achieved with a large implant customized to her anatomy and it was placed under local anesthesia. She appears in this photograph approximately 10 days after surgery. A silastic implant was used.
