This patient wanted a face that was somewhat more oval in shape as opposed to the square appearance that she had as well as a square chin. A medium chin implant customized to the anatomy of her mandible was placed under local anesthesia. She appears here approximately 2 months after the surgery with a very nice chin and jaw line.
