Here is a young Chinese woman who wanted to have a low crease and open her eyes up a bit. This Asian eyelid surgery case was done with an incision technique and if you look closely was really not designed to create a visible double eyelid or crease. However given her anatomy underneath her eyelids she has very bright round eyes that made for a very dramatic change despite the fact the crease is low. Of all my Asian eyelid surgery cases this is one of my favorite’s. She was not a good candidate for suture technique or DST given her skin type and anatomy.
