This young Korean woman had naturally occurring asymmetry in her eyelids and wished to create two creases for her eyes that had better balance and symmetry. I created a new crease on the right side and slightly altered the eyelid crease on the left side using incision technique Asian eyelid surgery also known as Double Eyelid surgery. She healed very quickly from the surgery and is seen here approximately six months postop from her I would surgery.
