This is a young Asian female who wanted deeper better defined eyelid creases using an incision technique under local anesthesia. She also wanted to more effectively and evenly apply makeup. She was seeking a noticeable but still natural looking result that fit her facial features. Here she is 4 months after surgery looking very good. Asian eyelid surgery or double eyelid surgery is a very detailed oriented surgery with complicated anatomy. After her incision technique the sutures were removed within 1 week.
