Asian Eyelid Surgery Photos - Case #589

This young woman had upper eyelid surgery in China with an unsatisfactory results. Here she has lash ptosis and ptosis of the upper eyelid. Additionally she has congenital lateral rounding of the lower eyelids. I performed revision incision technique of upper eyelid surgery well as lower eyelid lateral canthopexy and canthoplasty. Results can vary but she came out with a very nice result. You will notice that the position of her eyelashes are much improved and she can more comfortably wear eyeliner now.
